Here's a little bit about me and my story:
This all started with me self publishing my first (and only) book WITCHDOCTORPOET. After casually posting quotes on diary entries on the internet, I decided to compile my thoughts into a poetry book and release it into the world. It was an intuitive decision - I had no agent, no publicist, no online write ups, no traditional publishers, no managers - all I had was my self belief and drive to usher in my creative legacy. I released it into the world and woke up with the surprise of my life: my little poetry book ranked #1 NEW RELEASE IN African American & African Poetry on Amazon!

It's been a long road since the release of my book. I've since gone on to release courses, workshops, mentorship programs. I ended up quitting my job and doing what I love full time. I was awarded writing residencies and fellowships, served as a mentor to teen writers, and became a special guest feature for local non-profits in my area.
This was all due to me taking a leap of faith and fine tuning my process along the way.
I am now embarking on a new journey into the tech world and recently celebrated 6 months of living as a full time digital nomad. The journey was never easy - but my story is a testament of what walking into your calling can do for you.
This is why I started this mentorship program - to assist anyone on the fence about going after their dreams. The road ahead is not going to be easy, but if you have an army of people advocating for you - it makes the journey that much worth it!

I've done business coaching before and it would not really click with me. For the first time when I met up with Bola something deep inside me clicked and I gained clarity during my own entrepreneurial and self love journey. It felt soothing to go through a guided mediation with her and incorporate a deep spirituality into our session.

After our conversation, I found myself filled with intentions and confidence, enough to share some of my written poems with friends. Sharing with my friends and a few others naturally led me to the beginnings of the first book I’m working on. I’m also in the middle of two Interview processes for jobs that resonate with my passions and mission in life!! As for my personal journey, I’m gaining self compassion for my body by practicing ways to honor my body through meditation, affirmations and movement. By providing me examples of resources, I’ve been taking online workshop classes that allow me to gain necessary skills towards my writing and leadership skills.
