Monday's SUPERMOON is the “biggest, brightest, and closest” full moon we will have this year.  This perigee moon is, by far, the closest full moon we have had since the BEGINNING of the twenty-first century.

This full moon happens to fall in the sign of Taurus. This Venus ruled astrological sign is known for its love for beauty, grandeur, and pleasure. Material things & luxuries can be the Taurus’ weak point. Though Taurus' are very practical-minded their tendency for “excess” can go to an extreme. Luckily, since the Taurus’ is an earth sign they can remain grounded.

Stability is the Taurus’ number one goal and not even their love for extravagance will change that.

Taurus can teach us a thing or two about the power of tenacity.  Perserverance is the Taurus’ middle name.  Many Taurus’ are known for being strong builders and will fight for what they believe in until they get the end result they want.

What the Taurus’ SUPERMOON can teach you:

1. Allow yourself to revel in all things beautiful and harmonious. An appreciation for the natural world around will allow for you to put things in perspective.

2. Be headstrong and determined to stay within your truth.

3. Strive for firm foundations, grounding and  stability.

 SUPERMOON IN TAURUS LUXURY BATH

Ingredients:
Empty DrawString TeaBag
2 teaspoons dried rose buds
2 teaspoons dried chamomile
1 teaspoon french lavender
Optional: Epsom Salt or lavender essential oil

Put herbal contents into drawstring teabag - sealing it tight.
Start your ritual with an affirmation or prayer of your choice. You can start by thanking the Full Moon for her presence and power.
Drop the herbal blend into warm water - thanking the water for being a conduit of healing.
For added relaxing bonus - add a 1/4 cup of epsom salt into your bath or 4 drops of lavender
essential oil.
For added magic - keep a crystal of your choice nearby. To promote self-love and harmony, I recommend using rose quartz and carnelian.
Destress, relax, and set Full Moon intentions.
Compost herbs when done.
